2. Booking & Payments

  • All test bookings must be made through our website or official WhatsApp number.
  • Prices listed include any discounts and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payments can be made online via UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, or net banking using our secure payment gateway.
  • Booking is considered confirmed only after payment and lab verification.

3. Test Reports

  • Reports will be delivered via email, WhatsApp, or available for download from your account.
  • Turnaround times for reports vary depending on the type of test and lab processing timelines.
  • Sarthi Lab is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party labs.

4. Home Sample Collection

  • Availability of home collection depends on your location and selected lab.
  • You must provide accurate address and contact details while booking.
  • Rescheduling or cancellations must be done at least 6 hours in advance.

5. Lab Partners

  • We only list labs that are NABL or ISO certified.
  • All medical tests are performed by the respective labs, and Sarthi Lab acts as a booking facilitator.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made within a valid time frame may be eligible for a refund (depending on the lab’s policy).
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

7. User Responsibility

  • You agree to provide accurate information during booking.
  • You understand that a valid doctor’s prescription may be required for certain tests.
  • Sarthi Lab is not a medical advisory service and does not interpret test results.

8. Data Privacy

  • All personal data is handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not share your personal information with unauthorized third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Sarthi Lab is not responsible for any medical interpretation, diagnosis, or decisions based on lab reports.
  • We are not liable for any errors or omissions by the lab.

10. Modifications

  • These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
